About Us

Shifty Oliver was founded in 2019 as a Skateboarding apparel brand dedicated to promoting more outdoor recreational activities. The creation of Shifty Oliver stemmed from a desire to create an apparel brand that also gave back to local communities. With a background in public parks and public education, Shifty Oliver provides an opportunity for young people to choose brands that serve greater purpose.

We primarily focus on encouraging our youth to have fun while also engaging in socially responsible community efforts. We operate under the following model: 

1. Bringing people together under a common interest (i.e skateboarding) to give us all a sense of community.
How do we do this? Annual skateboarding competitions, opportunities to win scholarships, and after-school programs. 

2. Raising awareness on how to better our communities.

How do we do this? In an effort to care for our communities and be held accountable for the safety of our public spaces, we strive to be environmentally conscious, limit our carbon footprint by wasting less, and engaging in courteous practices that keep our spaces clean for all to enjoy.

3. Partnerships with non-profit organizations.

Shifty Oliver has formed partnerships that allow us to contribute proceeds from Shifty Oliver purchases to non-profit organizations. We have partnered with Conscious Step, which affords our Shifty Oliver family to play a part in the donation of funds to great charitable causes, such as Room to Read, Action Against Hunger, Water.org, Trees for the Future, The Trevor Project…(and so many more).
